The Gig

• Lead new membership sales by engaging clients at classes, discussing their goals, and presenting membership options that fit their needs.
• Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership.
• Post class highlights to our social‑media channels while observing the class experience.
• Build meaningful rapport with all clients, consistently demonstrating persuasion, articulation, confidence, and a passion for excellence.

Ideal candidates have customer‑service or sales experience and a strong focus on community impact.

Hours, Compensation, Location

Host 2–4 classes per week in the Hartsdale / White Plains area, including weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends. Classes are held in existing studio facilities; reliable transportation is required.

Compensation: $20 per class (increases to $30 after 6 months) plus $20 for each membership sold, plus free dance classes.

Eligibility: Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
