Sycamore Veterinary Hospital is expanding and seeking 1-2 part-time Client Service Representatives to welcome clients and their pets, answer calls, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk organized.

This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people, stays calm in a busy clinic, and enjoys teamwork within a hospital growing into two buildings. Training is provided for the right attitude and experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Veterinary or medical office experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments across multiple doctors and services.
• Check patients in and out efficiently.
• Process invoices and payments accurately.
• Create and send client communications with strong attention to grammar and detail.
• Make follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and client outreach.
• Navigate multiple software platforms with confidence.
• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to keep the hospital running smoothly.
• Help maintain an organized, positive, and efficient front desk.
