Job summary

Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a part-time Client Care Assistant in Creve Coeur, Missouri. You will help deliver exceptional client service, liaising between clients and attorneys to resolve concerns with professionalism and compassion.

The role offers up to 29 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., starting pay $16.00 per hour. Prior legal or client-relations experience is a plus, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed around 45 WPM or higher.
• Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Prior law firm, legal, customer service, hospitality, call center, or client relations experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a professional, compassionate, and customer-service-oriented Part-Time Client Care Assistant to join our growing team.

Our St. Louis-area headquarters is relocating from Clayton to our newly renovated Creve Coeur office on August 1, 2026, making this an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the nation's fastest-growing family law firms.
