Job summary

You will assist with account openings, transactions, and guiding clients through Chase Mobile App and online banking, while collaborating with the branch team to achieve goals and maintain high service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, assisting with lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and complying with bank policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge, collaborating with team members.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following all policies and procedures.
