Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and demonstrating product knowledge.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling as needed.
