Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker for the Southwest Houston area at multiple locations. This part-time role focuses on delivering welcoming, high-quality service, opening and maintaining accounts, and guiding clients through digital banking tools.

As a member of the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will build trusted client relationships, promote products, and collaborate with branch colleagues to meet financial goals while adhering to all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in client service or banking preferred.
• Ability to explain banking products and services clearly.
• Willingness to work in a part-time, multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while following policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM responsibilities, per bank procedures.
