Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
Provide account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts while complying with policies and requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service options.
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
Perform branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
