JPMorgan Chase & Co. (Chase) is seeking an Associate Banker for the Texas Northeast Houston/Humble/Spring area. This 30-hour, part-time role emphasizes welcoming service, client relationships, and using digital banking solutions to meet customers’ needs.

The successful candidate will greet clients, open accounts, and help customers navigate Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs, while following all policies and regulatory requirements. A high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow and meetings.

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies.
