Ecobrite Services, LLC is seeking a part-time housekeeping janitor to perform building cleaning and related duties. The role requires organization, reliability, and ability to manage a varied cleaning schedule in coordination with management.

All applicants must be 18+ and able to clear federal and DMV background checks. Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor maintenance, specialized cleaning, and strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial or institutional cleaning is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Effective communication skills to interact with coworkers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; empty trash; clean and sanitize surfaces; dust furniture; clean windows; sanitize restrooms; restock supplies.
• Floor Maintenance: Strip, wax, buff floors; shampoo carpets; remove stains and spills.
• Specialized Cleaning: Follow protocols for sensitive areas; clean high-touch surfaces; use appropriate cleaning agents; operate floor scrubbers and carpet extractors.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines; complete trainings; report maintenance needs; comply with security and confidentiality policies.
