NOW HIRING IN LANCASTER, PA! Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual to join our growing, employee-owned company as a part-time Cleaner. We manage assets nationwide and value a stable work environment with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior residential cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Working cell phone is required.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and all common areas as scheduled by supervisor.
• Cleans vacant apartments as scheduled by supervisor.
• Removes garbage from trash receptacles daily.
• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
