Property Management Inc. in Lancaster, PA is hiring a full-time Leasing Agent to serve as the customer service and leasing specialist for multiple conventional communities.

You will coordinate leasing efforts, oversee operations across several properties, assist residents and prospects by phone and email, monitor financial performance, conduct inspections, and drive resident retention through outstanding

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable, insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
• Assist with phone calls and emails from residents and prospects.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Travel is required.

We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in Lancaster. This position will serve as the customer service and leasing specialist for multiple conventional communities in the area. Rate: Depending on experience and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.
