Job summary

Property Management, Inc. in Lancaster, PA is seeking a part-time Cleaner to support our operations across properties. This position prioritizes customer service, clean common areas, and timely turnover of apartments.

Work 32 hours per week with flexible scheduling in a growing employee-owned company. A PA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma are required; benefits include 401(k) with employer match, medical/dental/vision, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Customer service.
• Cleans and all common areas as scheduled by supervisor.
• Cleans vacant apartments as scheduled by supervisor.
• Removes garbage from trash receptacles, ash trays and ash cans daily.
• Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
• Assist with turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Salt / Snow removal duties.
