Job summary

Park Cities Presbyterian Church is seeking a part-time Assistant Database Specialist to maintain information in Ministry Platform (MP) and support Jira ticketing. Responsibilities include handling contacts, event registrations, and check-ins while upholding accuracy and confidentiality.

You will collaborate with the Manager of Database Administration and ministry leaders to ensure data integrity, generate reports, and enable leaders to shepherd the body effectively.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Able to learn Ministry Platform and other programs.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Must maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Add new contact records from ministry areas, events and registrations.
• Merge and update records from registrations and forms.
• Process tickets in Jira and track tasks.
• Record milestones for members (Baptism, Joining, etc.).
• Create events in MP with registrations and check-ins.
• Coordinate Promotion Sunday data and roster updates.
• Support Weekday Childcare registrations and check-ins in MP.
