Job summary

Community of Faith seeks a Part-Time Systems Administrator to partner with the Production Director in managing church management systems and ministry data. The role focuses on accurate records, reliable check-ins, and user-friendly tools for ministry teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys applying technology to support ministry goals. The position offers a flexible weekday schedule and weekend coverage as needed to support services and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT coursework preferred.
• Experience administering databases or organizational systems.
• Experience with Church Management Systems (Pushpay, Planning Center, CCB, Fellowship One, or Rock).
• Experience supporting users and troubleshooting technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for church management systems and ministry platforms.
• Maintain accurate records, rosters, attendance data, and related information across ministries.
• Help establish consistent data entry, system use, and record management practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and system effectiveness.
