Mars Retail seeks a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Hotel Chocolat brand in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on welcoming customers, delivering exceptional service, and presenting stores to Retail Excellence standards while building product knowledge and brand ambassadors for a premium chocolate experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is not essential, but a positive attitude and willingness to work with customers are important.
• Teamwork and flexibility to support colleagues in a retail environment.
