Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experiences and drive sales through effective selling techniques.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to maintain consistent customer experience.
• Learn and share product knowledge, run tastings and demonstrations.
• Receive deliveries, present stock, and maintain clean stockroom and shop floor visuals according to guidelines.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance, hygiene standards, and store security; assist opening/closing in absence of managers.
