Job summary

Malley’s Chocolates is seeking Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to deliver warm customer experiences and support daily store operations. You’ll greet customers, restock displays, and share product knowledge while upholding store standards in a fun, fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic about helping others, with a willingness to learn store procedures and accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic about helping others.
• Willingness to learn and follow store procedures.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up-to 25 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a friendly, helpful attitude and assist with shopping needs.
• Keep displays neat, clean, and fully stocked and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Learn product knowledge and promotions to help customers with recommendations.
• Follow cash handling and safety procedures and manage shift tasks efficiently.
• Arrive on time, stay productive on the floor, and support team objectives.
