Wasatch Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Human Service Worker for the Stride Program at the Payson Family Clinic in Payson, Utah. You will support children ages 5–12 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in a structured, caring setting.

The role offers a variable wage of $17.50–$22.17 per hour, DOE, and schedule Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–7:00 PM. A background check and drug screen are required for employment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded in challenging situations.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required.
• Must pass a background check and meet WBH hiring standards.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate support and supervision to program participants.
• Facilitate structured activities, skills groups, and daily routines.
• Assist with crisis intervention and maintain a safe environment.
• Document client interactions, progress, and observations accurately.
• Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and other team members.
• Model positive behavior and healthy coping strategies.
