Job summary

Wasatch Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Human Service Worker for the New Vista Day Program in Provo, Utah. The role offers a part-time schedule with Monday–Friday shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and compensation of $17.50-$22.17 per hour, DOE, in a supportive team environment.

You will assist adolescents in a supervised, therapeutic setting, help run activities, and collaborate with clinicians to implement individualized care plans, aiming to improve coping skills and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support and supervision to adolescents in a therapeutic setting.

• Assist with programming supporting youth trauma and behavioral health needs.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment and assist with crisis interventions.
• Document client interactions, progress, and observations accurately.
