Job summary

Breaking Free Services, LLC in Tarpon Springs, FL seeks licensed clinicians to join our growing group practice, focusing on children ages 5–17. This part-time role is in-office with potential telehealth, and we’re looking for evenings and/or weekend availability from Florida residents.

As a 1099 contractor on a 50/50 split, you schedule your hours, we cover credentialing and admin support, and you receive clients to build your caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling or social work required.
• Active, unrestricted Florida license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) required.
• Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends, Florida residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children aged 5–17 in a private-practice setting.
• Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality in all sessions.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and team to ensure quality client care.
