Clinical Therapist Job Description

Part‑time position: must be available to work evenings and weekends. Florida residents only.

Specialty: youth, including children and teens.

1099, 45/55 split fee position for a counselor/agency; split may increase over time based on performance and certifications.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• Masters’ degree or higher in counseling or social work
• Active Registered Intern license, or recent graduate in process of obtaining a license. A copy must be provided to Breaking Free Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and support to youth, children, and teens
• Work evenings and weekends as required (Florida residents only)
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and staff on case management
• Manage autonomous scheduling and client sessions once clients are assigned

What we do for you:

• Daily support to staff or collaboration on cases with our Clinical Director
• FREE weekly qualified supervision
• Pay you ahead of time—weekly bi‑weekly payment on billable hours while we handle collection
• Provide initial clients to help build your caseload and grant autonomy with scheduling

Pay:

Contract split 45/55 (clinician/practice). You make your own schedule based on office availability.
