Job summary

Child & Family Focus, Inc. is seeking a part-time outpatient clinician to provide therapy for children and adolescents in various settings, including school and clinic-based sessions.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field, office experience, and 2+ years of pediatric therapy. Telehealth flexibility and ongoing trainings are provided alongside a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field incl psychology, counseling, or social work.
• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting.
• 2+ years delivering therapy to children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to children, adolescents, and transitional aged youth across multiple settings.
• Create, update treatment plans to address client needs.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary professionals to align with policies and objectives.
• Maintain a caseload of 15–20 clients weekly.
• Schedule and conduct 12 billable hours per week.
• Complete intake and clinical assessments for all caseload participants.
• Document sessions and obtain signed encounter forms at each session.
• Coordinate and triage referrals ensuring timely care.
• Serve as liaison between Child and Family Focus and families to support services.
