Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Serve Safe Certification.
• Bookkeeping and inventory mgmt. experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
• Supervisory experience.
• Kosher food guideline experience.

Responsibilities

• Menu planning and execution for the Senior Congregate Meal Program within Camden County guidelines.
• Budget management and cost control for ingredients and supplies.
• Supervise sous chefs and kitchen volunteers; coordinate with Vaad for Kashrut.
• Ensure health department standards and cleanliness are maintained.
• Collaborate with health officials to pass inspections and maintain Kashrut standards.
