Job summary

MCHAP seeks a part-time Chaplain in Utah to support employees and their families through spiritual care and compassionate counsel. The Chaplain will visit worksites weekly, provide confidential pastoral conversations, and facilitate grief and bereavement support in coordination with the employer.

This is a flexible, mission-driven role with a focus on interfaith sensitivity and Christian faith-based service.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Make regular visits to company worksites (weekly) to build trust.
• Offer grief and bereavement support and referrals as needed.
• May assist in planning or attending funerals and memorials.
• Coordinate with leadership to address spiritual care needs.
• Maintain professional boundaries and document appropriately.
