Job summary

MCHAP in Philadelphia is seeking part-time chaplains to serve employees and their families at client worksites. The role includes regular visits, pastoral counseling, and funeral support, with remote work options and flexible hours based on chaplain availability and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits to client worksites (usually weekly).
• Provide pastoral discussions for employees and immediate family members.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and providing post-termination support as needed.
• Represent ministry services to employees and families as appropriate.
• Support orientation to explain Employee Care Service and chaplain role.
