Qualifications

• 6+ years of formal, dedicated professional communications experience.
• Strong background in change management or transformation communications.
• Exceptional project management skills with multitask ability.
• Experience presenting to senior management and navigating executive approvals.
• Experience using modern distribution platforms to manage mailing lists and pull engagement metrics.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication with proofreading accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Draft, edit, and finalize external change-management communications (approx. 60 total communications across 10 deployment waves) directed at global suppliers.
• Messaging Strategy: Ensure emails clearly outline what is changing, operational guidance, required actions, and system/process changes for the Supplier Portal.
• Stakeholder & Approval Management: Coordinate review and approval with Legal, Compliance, Procurement leadership, and executive stakeholders.
• Campaign Execution: Coordinate distribution of supplier communications per the Change Management deployment calendar.
• Monitoring & Triage: Monitor the external Procurement mailbox, track responses, and route inquiries to the right contacts.
• Metrics & Analysis: Conduct post-send analysis to track distribution status, open rates, readership, engagement, and follow-up actions.
