Job summary

OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to interpret, prepare/compound, label and distribute pharmacy products for patient use under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. You will ensure accurate documentation and participate in the medication distribution process in a busy hospital setting, adapting to patient age and clinical needs.

This is a part-time role (20 hours every two weeks) with a variable shift and up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Registered as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of compounding, pharmacy math, hospital operations, and drug names.

Responsibilities

• Interprets, prepares/compounds, labels and distributes pharmacy products for patient use under supervision of a pharmacist.
• May prepare IV medications and process refill requests when applicable.
• Documents distribution of medications for proper use and reimbursement; supports stock and process improvements.
