Job summary

Silverado Frederick is a memory care leader seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with dignity and empathy. The role blends clinical care with personal connection to improve lives of residents with memory impairments.

The ideal candidate will have a CNA certificate, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively in English. The position is part-time with PM shifts on Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, with anticipated pay range of $21–$23 per

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and Silverado team.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments
• Support residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Anticipated pay range: $21 USD - $23 USD
