Job summary

We offer a full-time AM shift (6:00am–2:30pm) with competitive pay ranging from $15 to $19 per hour, plus benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more. CNA certificate required; high school diploma acceptable; reliable transportation and English communication essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments
• Support residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule: Full Time AM, 6:00am-2:30pm - 4 day on 2 day off schedule

Anticipated pay range

$15 - $19 USD
