Silverado St. Charles is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents with memory impairments and support daily living activities. You’ll join a team dedicated to dignity, empathy, and memory care excellence in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments

• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Schedule: Part Time, AM shift, Saturday and Sunday

Anticipated pay range

$19 - $21 USD
