Silverado St. Charles, a memory care innovator and Fortune top 10 workplace, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will provide compassionate care to residents with memory impairments and assist with daily living activities in a collaborative team setting.

The role emphasizes connecting with residents and families, maintaining care records, and reporting changes to the nursing team. Earn $19–$21 per hour, with strong benefits and ongoing training.

Formación

• CNA training and a valid CNA certificate number required.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other memory impairments
• Support residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.)
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets

Schedule: Part Time, AM shift, Saturday and Sunday

Anticipated pay range

$19 - $21 USD
