Silverado Frederick is hiring a Part Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the NOC shift in Frederick, Maryland. You will provide compassionate care to residents with memory impairments and support daily living activities while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

The role offers paid training, strong internal mobility, and benefits. Anticipated pay range is $21–$23 per hour, with a part-time schedule including Sundays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
• CNA Training Completion with a valid CNA certificate number required
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions preferred
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
• Comfortable working around animals and pets
