Job summary

Inspired Living at Ocoee is seeking a Part-Time Certified Medication Aide to support our seniors with medication administration and ADL services. You will follow physician orders, document tasks, and collaborate with the health team to ensure quality care in a warm community.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, State HHA/CNA certification, and at least one year of caregiving experience, with supervisory exposure preferred. Training and a supportive environment accompany your role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of caregiving experience.
• State HHA certification or CNA license is required.
• Supervisory experience of six months or more is preferred.
• Ability to read physician orders and match to MARs.
• Understanding of medical terminology to communicate with professionals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out ADL services per each resident's plan.
• Pass medications according to physician orders and MAR.
• Document tasks and changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with medical staff and families as needed.
• Supervise staff during shifts and ensure safety and compliance.
