Job summary

Inspired Living in Ocoee, FL is seeking a part-time Care Partner from 7am to 3pm to assist residents with daily living activities in our senior living community. You will follow each resident's service plan, document changes, and communicate with medical teams and families under the Director of Health and Wellness.

This role includes meal service and adherence to safety and privacy regulations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of caregiving experience, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of caregiving experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• CNA or HHA preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Follows the resident's service plan in a friendly, respectful and supportive manner.
• Documents observed changes of condition per laws and company policies.
• Complies with CQI and reports issues to the supervisor for correction.
• Follows all policies and regulations including HIPAA, OSHA and Blood Borne Pathogen Guidelines.
• Works safely with other employees and reports unsafe actions.
• Fosters teamwork and supports coworkers, residents and visitors.
• Communicates resident needs among Care Partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
