Inspired Living in Ocoee, FL is seeking a part-time Care Partner for the 3pm-11pm shift to assist residents with daily activities and personal care. The role involves working under the Director of Health and Wellness to implement service plans and communicate needs to families and medical staff.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least one year of caregiving experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualificações

• One year of caregiving experience required.
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Follows the resident service plans and provides respectful, supportive care.
• Documents any change in condition per laws and policies.
• Complies with HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Promotes safety and reports unsafe actions to supervisor.
• Communicates resident needs between Care Partners and with the team.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
