Job summary

Inspired Living is seeking a full-time Certified Medication Aide at Inspired Living of Ocoee in Florida. The role involves medication administration, assisted daily living, and collaboration with health professionals to support residents.

Required are a GED or high school diploma, at least one year of caregiving, and an active HHA/CNA certification. Supervisory experience and strong medical terminology are preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• State-required HHA certification or CNA license.
• Six months+ supervisory experience in a health-related field.
• Ability to read physician orders and match to MARs.

Responsibilities

• Follows resident service plans and administers medications per physician orders.
• Documents task completion daily.
• Notes changes in resident condition per regulations and policies.
• Communicates with other Medication Aides about resident needs.
• Assists with meal service and dining room duties.
• Supervises staff during shifts.
• Maintains required certifications and completes in-service trainings.
