Job summary

Bauer James Inc is looking for an Educational Operations Support in Glenview, Illinois. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Education, and at least 3 years of related experience in the field. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations at Sylvan centers, managing inquiry calls, and monitoring student educational plans. A teaching certification and skills in customer service are advantageous. This is a part-time role requiring afternoon/evening availability from Monday to Thursday and Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree - Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in the Education field.
• Ability to work 20-25 hrs per week.

Responsibilities
