Sylvan Learning is hiring a Center Director / Educational Operations Administrator to lead the center's daily operations, oversee scheduling, payroll, and billing, and ensure high-quality tutoring from Pre-K through 12th grade.

This role focuses on building relationships with parents and the community, maintaining KPI metrics, and upholding safety standards, with a competitive salary of $47,000 to $50,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain KPI expectations in sales and operations.
• Manage teacher payroll, customer billing, account maintenance and monitoring, teacher scheduling and labor management.
• Monitor scheduling of students, teachers, and director teams.
• Ensure student safety and well-being by adhering to policies and safety standards.
• Observe students, discuss results with parents, and set goals with a plan for success.
• Collaborate with Center Director of New Family Engagement and education team to ensure excellent instruction.
• Build strong relationships with teachers and education stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain KPI expectations in sales and operations
• Keep the business running like a well-oiled machine by managing essential operational activities, such as teacher payroll, customer billing, account maintenance and monitoring, teacher scheduling, and labor management
• Monitor scheduling of students, teachers, and director teams
• Be a champion for student safety and well-being by ensuring that our center adheres to all policies and safety standards.
• Assess and observe students, discuss results and observations with parents, and set goals that accompany a plan for success
• Work closely with the Center Director of New Family Engagement and the education team to ensure excellent instruction is delivered
• Build strong relationships with teachers and other key players in education
