Job summary

Code Ninjas Rancho Bernardo is seeking a Part-Time Center Manager to oversee daily operations, support instructors, and engage families. Approximately 20-25 hours weekly, mostly weekday afternoons and Saturdays, with a focus on customer service, enrollment, and a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, scheduling, supervising staff, communicating with parents, and driving enrollment while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, education, childcare, tutoring, enrichment programs, or customer service.
• Experience supervising employees or coordinating a team preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and ensure classes run smoothly.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and support instructors.
• Build relationships with families and communicate progress and programs.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct tours, and convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain a positive, safe learning environment and brand standards.
