The ideal candidate balances customer service, sales, staff leadership, and student engagement, works 20–25 hours weekly, primarily weekday afternoons and Saturdays, and is enthusiastic about technology and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, education, childcare, tutoring, enrichment programs, customer service, or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn Code Ninjas programs and curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Center Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensure classes run smoothly and handle opening/closing tasks.
• Staff Leadership: Schedule, train, and support instructors; manage staffing and coverage; foster a positive team culture.
• Parent and Student Experience: Deliver a fun, safe learning environment; build relationships with families; address questions promptly.
• Sales and Enrollment: Promptly respond to inquiries; conduct center tours; convert leads into enrollments; support retention and outreach.
