Code Ninjas Rancho Bernardo is seeking a Part-Time Center Manager to oversee daily operations, support instructors, communicate with families, and drive enrollment.

The role emphasizes organization, customer service, and sales acumen, with roughly 20–25 hours per week, mainly weekday afternoons and Saturdays. Prior coding experience is helpful but not required; enthusiasm for technology and learning is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, education, childcare, tutoring, enrichment programs, customer service, or sales.
• Experience supervising employees or coordinating a team preferred.
• Experience with children ages five and older.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, email, and basic software.
• Must be available weekday afternoons and Saturdays.
• Background and child-safety checks required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the center and ensure classes run smoothly.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, makeup sessions, and other admin tasks.
• Supervise, train, and support instructors; coordinate staffing needs.
• Drive student enrollment and retention through proactive communication with families.
• Assist with marketing, tours, and lead follow-ups.
• Track leads, enrollments, and follow-up activities.
