Code Ninjas is seeking a Part-Time Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our Rancho Bernardo learning center. You will supervise instructional staff, manage attendance and scheduling, and ensure a welcoming, safe learning environment while aligning with brand standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and student engagement, with 20–25 hours weekly, mainly weekday afternoons and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Management/education/childcare or sales experience.
• Experience supervising employees or coordinating a team is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with children ages five and older.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations and ensure class programs run smoothly.
• Supervise instructors, schedule staff, and coach performance.
• Engage families, communicate progress, and preserve a positive learning environment.
• Convert tours into enrollments and support student retention.
• Assist with marketing, events, and enrollment tracking.
