Job summary

Code Ninjas Rancho Bernardo is seeking a motivated Part-Time Center Manager to oversee daily operations, support instructors, and drive student enrollment. The role requires 20-25 hours weekly, primarily weekday afternoons and Saturdays, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.

You will maintain a welcoming learning environment, coordinate scheduling, and ensure safety and quality standards while communicating with families and the owner.

Qualifications

• Experience in management, education, childcare, tutoring, enrichment programs, customer service, or sales.
• Experience supervising employees or coordinating a team is preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn the codes and curriculum.
