The UPS Store 7813 in Newark is seeking a Part-time Center Associate who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences with a background in Sales and/or Customer Services.

You will provide exceptional service in person, by email and over the phone, ask questions to understand needs, and present solutions while promoting available products.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Current Notary Public in New Jersey, or must obtain within 30 days.
• 1-3 years Sales and/or Customer Service-related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work a flexible schedule (Hours of operation: Monday -Friday:8:30am - 7:30pm, Saturdays: 9am - 6pm, Sundays: 10am - 5:30pm).
• Must be able to engage and speak with customers to understand their needs.
• Ability to lift/move items 50+ lbs.
• Ability to climb step stools and ladders.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills.

The UPS Store 7813 is seeking a Part-time Center Associate who is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience with a background in Sales and/or Customer Services.

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.

Eligible to work in the United States.

Current Notary Public in New Jersey, or must obtain within 30 days.

1-3 years Sales and/or Customer Service-related experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Able to work a flexible schedule (Hours of operation: Monday -Friday:8:30am - 7:30pm, Saturdays: 9am - 6pm, Sundays: 10am - 5:30pm).
