Walters Recycling and Refuse is seeking a part-time CDL Truck Driver in Minnesota. Starting wage ranges from $26.00 to $32.48 per hour, with a stay-on bonus up to $4,500. Duties include curbside pickup, loading of residential trash/recycling, and safe operation of various trucks.

DOT health card and valid MN driver’s license are required. Position is safety sensitive and may require weekend work. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401k with employer match, PTO and holidays, and company-paid

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with no air brake restriction required.
• Clean driving record and eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Collect and load residential trash/recycling using automated and rear-load trucks.
• Transport waste to transfer stations or landfills as assigned.
• Back up in tight spaces and navigate congested neighborhoods safely.
• Maintain safety standards, complete daily trip logs, and perform pre/post inspections.
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch on issues.
