Job summary

Walters Recycling and Refuse is seeking Residential Swing Drivers in Minnesota. The role involves collecting and loading residential waste with side or rear loaders, with physical duties including lifting 50–75 lbs and possible weekend/holiday work. Pre/post trip checks and safety compliance are required.

Starting wage is $28.50–$35.53 per hour, with a stay-on bonus up to $10,000. DOT health card and valid MN CDL are required.

Qualifications

• CDL required with airbrakes endorsement.
• Must be 21 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and DOT health evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Operate side load, rear load and cart truck as assigned.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Follow safety rules and drive in all weather conditions.
• Communicate with customers and dispatchers professionally; handle complaints.
