Job summary

Walter's Recycling and Refuse is seeking CDL Truck Drivers for residential routes on a 4-day schedule. Starting wages range from $26.00 to $35.53 per hour, depending on experience, with a stay-on bonus up to $10,000. This safety‑sensitive role requires a valid CDL and a Minnesota DOT health card.

Weekend/holiday work may be required. Responsibilities include loading waste, operating side loader or rear loader trucks, and performing safety inspections with attention to local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL with airbrakes endorsement.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate side load and rear load trucks for residential routes.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle safety.
• Complete daily logs and communicate with dispatch on schedule changes.
