Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring for a part-time cashier at the 75th Ave store in Phoenix. You will operate registers, assist customers, and uphold visual and floor standards while contributing to a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities include POS processing, donations at checkout, pricing, stocking, and ensuring a safe, clean environment. The role supports core values and team collaboration in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent math skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle POS transactions and process payments accurately.
• Invite donations at POS from customers.
• Price goods using merchandise identifiers and guidance from leaders.
• Complete closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain consistent in-person attendance and greeting of customers.
• Keep sales floor clean and organized per standards.
• Stock merchandise and manage floor placement as assigned.
• Make regular announcements using store paging systems and phones.
• Provide safe environment and ensure compliance with policies.
• Model Goodwill Core Values in daily work.
