Location is Lacey, WA; shifts include weekdays with evenings, weekends, and on-call coverage. This position offers potential to move to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or a closely related field.
• 1 year experience working with youth and families in a setting as outlined in the job description.

• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of services in community locations.
• Design and develop individualized plans in collaboration with community and provider teams and family members.
