Job summary

Community Youth Services’ Foster Care Program seeks compassionate individuals for the role of Associate Case Manager in Aberdeen, WA. You will play a foundational role in supporting families, preventing crises, and strengthening youth resilience through guidance and resource linkage.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old.
At least 1 year of experience with youth or 2 years of social services education; transcripts may be required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid TB test within past 12 months or ability to obtain a negative TB test within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Support families in creating and sustaining supportive environments.
Apply behavior management strategies and track progress.
Schedule individual time with youth for constructive activities with necessary permissions.
Facilitate activities that build independent living skills.
Collaborate with case managers on service plan development and implementation.
Guide families to utilize community supports.
Meet supervision and safety requirements for youth and provide positive mentorship.
Provide transportation assistance for youth as needed.
Ensure supervision during activities and visits.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interactions and activities.
